There were no American flags at the Democrat National Convention in Philadelphia. No police were allowed to wear their uniforms inside the convention hall. The Christian pastor who prayed was booed by many who attended. When a police officer asked the crowd to have a moment of silence to honor the thirty-three policemen murdered already this year, the silence was broken by screams of “Black Lives Matter”.

President Obama began his first term by saying that America “is not a Christian nation”. Hillary has recently told Christians that they must change their thinking. She calls them “the lunatic fringe”.

Years ago I watched a television program of people who did unusual jobs. I will never forget one woman whose job was to watch every popgun that was coming through on the conveyor belt, take it off the belt and pop it. Then pick up the next one and do the same. She could do more than 100 an hour. That job is one she had been doing for more than five years. I hope that lady was a Christian and realized the importance of what she was doing for children. I know, a job like that would bore you to death in an hour or less. Me too. But let me share with you one of the most dangerous jobs in the world in the fifth century that, according to every king just had to be done.–Ray

Did you know that indoor toilets began being used in homes soonly after salespeople went door-to-door to try to sell them. When people came to the door and heard what the salesperson wanted to sell them, most of them were shocked and asked the salesperson “Are you talking about bringing a filthy toilet inside our house?!!” Until that time, everyone used an outhouse to keep the smell away. They believed that made things far more sanitary.

This is the story of a boy and his father out of the country who still used an outhouse to do their business. Here is Ray to tell you the story.
