GEORGIA"S SIMPLE SALAD

                                                     ~My Simple Salad~

Ray always brags that I’m a great cook but, honestly, I get most of my ideas
from other people’s recipes. The easier they are, the better I like them.
In a search for simplicity, I thought this one up all by myself.
Ray told me to write it down. He said, “It’s a keeper!”

INGREDIENTS:

Tomato Cucumber Avocado Sea salt & Pepper Wine Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

Tomato – remove seeds then dice smallish
Cucumber – remove seeds then dice smallish
Avocado – remove seed and dice small (1/3 inch ) I cut avocado in half, run knife down in rows lengthwise and ditto crosswise, turn peel inside out and shove pieces into a bowl. Remove seed and do the same to other half.

Sprinkle with sea salt & pepper

Sprinkle Red Wine Vinegar over all.

In future I plan to also include Celery – and, you guessed it. It will be diced “smallish.”
