John Hagee knows the Bible and knows Israel as very few others do. His books are highly worth reading. This movie version of his “Jerusalem Countdown” is another powerful presentation of possibilities. It is great drama, but it draws it’s truths from God’s Word. Watch this movie knowing that you may watch it again as the history of the world comes to its end. Whether Christians will be taken before, during, or after the tribulation remains to be seen. But this film gives great reason to be ready at any time. –Ray

Mom read this story to me time and time again when I was smaller than our Cocker Spaniel. My dog’s name was Heidi and she seemed to enjoy the story too. It kept her tail wagging and her nose wet – (Heidi, not mom!)
When I was tinier than a loaf of bread, I used to get scared when mom read me the part about the wicked witch’s house. I could have recited the story myself and knew how it would all turn out, but still it was delightfully scary. This movie is in loving memory of my mom and Heidi. Now my tail is wagging and my nose is wet. -Ray

It had been a long time since I first saw this movie. I had forgotten how really well-done it was. I recently saw the Nicholas Cage redo of “Left Behind” and enjoyed it and recommend it. But I was very disappointed with the far-fetched Hollywood type ending. This first movie of “Left Behind” is superior and well worth watching a second time.
Be aware that I am reading the teen version of “Left Behind” on reachmorenow.com right now. And when I finish reading Jonathan Cahn’s “The Mystery of the Shemitah” on our web, I’ll begin reading the adult series of “Left Behind” on our web too. Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins are awesome writers.

Dean Jones has starred in more than a hundred films. He and his wife are beautiful Christians. I can’t think of anyone who could play the apostle Paul better than he could. This is more than a three-hour film so that it can cover the whole book of Acts. Watch it in its entirety or keep coming back to watch it until you have seen this whole film. But DON’T miss it. –Ray

The book “The Diary of Anne Frank” has been one of the most read books in history. If you’ve read it, you know the story. If you haven’t, you can see it now. But this is much more than the book because it goes beyond it. It is undoubtedly the most complete story of Anne in movie form. Whether you have read the book or not, you’re going to love and long remember this movie. Vow to never let this happen in your own country. –Ray

This is a movie and would normally be a Movie of the Week and it will be placed under that category when it is finally archived. But I have a purpose beyond just the movie in posting it now. I’m showing it only because this movie, though dramatized, is faithful to how Adolf Hitler rose to his hideous strength.
Three days from now I will post the story of what happened next – a powerful National Geographic film – “Hitler, his Nazis, and the Second World War 1939–1945.” I’m inviting you to understand what prompted America’s entrance into this war and why it was crucial to go all the way through it in order to maintain the freedom we yet have as Americans. If those who thought like Hitler had achieved their plans this would be a far more dark and evil planet than it even is today. –Ray

Tim LaHaye’s “Left Behind” book series have been a runaway bunch of bestsellers. It’s very clear why that’s true. First, they are extremely well written and riveting. So many believe that Jesus Christ is returning very soon. Friday, Hollywood will release the movie “Left Behind” starring Nicolas Cage. It is their remake of the first “Left Behind” that starred Kirk Cameron. Once again, we Christians should rush to see it whether or not each of us believes in the pre-rapture theory. This is also a great movie to bring your unsaved friends to see and then discuss it with them afterward.
Georgia, Larry and I plan to see it Friday night, opening night. I’ll then write a movie review for you as soon as we return to the office. Here’s the preview. – Ray
WARNING: This motion picture is as graphic as it is powerful. It has caused more tears than probably any other motion picture ever has. Yet even as great as it is – and it IS great – Jesus Christ suffered less from the torture then He at all did in taking your and my sins on the cross with Him. – Ray
Don’t let the beginning of this movie scare you into not watching it. It’s a spoof and you’ll find that out very quickly. It’s great fun to watch this movie because there are so many delightful scenes that will make you bellylaugh and then constantly smile through romance, imagination – even an angel. Some movies get lost in the dust because something else that is drawing everyone’s attention at the moment at the box office. But don’t miss this one. It’s too much fun. – Ray
You are now going to get the rare opportunity to see three Lone Ranger movies, each made several years apart. I will post them every three or four days and the only one I won’t post is the recent Johnny Depp version that lost millions of dollars for his studio because it was so bad.
