What will happen if Trump is elected? By Wayne Allyn Root

One man’s opinion.

Actually, no matter what everyone thinks about Donald Trump, the writer of this article, Wayne Allyn Root is a respected journalist and was a candidate for Vice President with the Libertarian Party in 2008.
Root has the correct take on the dismal state of the American political system, which is totally corrupt.  This is well written and gives Middle Class Americans something (a lot) to think about!

TRUMP

Some people are getting very nervous, including Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton and Jon Corzine, to name just a few – and I know why.

I wrote a book entitled ‘The Murder of the Middle Class’ about the unholy conspiracy between big government, big business and big media.  They all benefit by the billions of dollars from this partnership and it’s in all of their interests to protect one another.  It’s one for all and all for one. It’s a heck of a filthy relationship that makes everyone filthy rich — everyone except the American people.  We get ripped off.  We’re the patsies.

But for once, the powerful socialist cabal and the corrupt crony capitalists are scared.  I’ve never seen them this outraged, this vicious, this motivated or this coordinated.  Never in all my years in politics have I seen anything like the way the mad dogs of hell have been unleashed on Donald Trump. When white supremacist David Dukes ran for governor of Louisiana, even he wasn’t treated with this kind of outrage, vitriol and disrespect.  When a known fraud, scam artist, and tax cheat like Al Sharpton ran for president, I never saw anything remotely close to this. The over-the-top reaction to Trump by politicians of both parties, the media and the biggest corporations of America has been so swift and insanely angry that it suggests they are all threatened and frightened like never before.

Why?  Duke was never going to win.  Sharpton was never going to win.  Ron Paul was never going to win.  Ross Perot was never going to win as a third-party candidate.  Those candidates either didn’t have or couldn’t spare the billion dollars it takes to win the presidency.  But Donald Trump can self-fund that amounttomorrow and still have another billion left over to pour into the last two-week stretch run before Election Day. No matter how much they say to the contrary, the media, business and political elite understand that Trump is no joke.  He could actually win and upset their nice cozy apple cart.

It’s no coincidence that everyone has gotten together to destroy ‘The Donald’.  No, this is a coordinated conspiracy led by President Barack Obama. Obama himself is making the phone calls and giving the orders; he’s the ultimate intimidator who plays by the rules of Chicago thug politics.
Why is this so important to Obama?  It’s because most of the other politicians are part of the old boys club. They talk big, but in the end they won’t change a thing. Why?  They are all beholden to big-money donors.  They are all owned by lobbyists, unions, lawyers, gigantic environmental organizations and multinational corporations like Big Pharma or Big Oil.  Or they are owned lock, stock and barrel by foreigners like George Soros owns Obama or foreign governments own Hillary with their Clinton Foundation donations.

These run-of-the-mill establishment politicians are all puppets owned by big money.  But there is one man — and only one man who isn’t beholden to anyone.  There’s one man who doesn’t need foreigners, or foreign governments, or George Soros, or the United Auto Workers, or the teachers union, or the Service Employees’ International Union, or the Bar Association to fund his campaign.

Billionaire tycoon and maverick Donald Trump doesn’t need anyone’s help. That means he doesn’t care what the media says.  He doesn’t care what the corporate elites think.  That makes him very dangerous to the entrenched interests.  That makes Trump a huge threat.  Trump can ruin everything for the bribed politicians and their spoiled slave masters.

Don’t you ever wonder why the GOP has never tried to impeach Obama?  Don’t you wonder why John Boehner and Mitch McConnell talk a big game, but never actually try to stop Obama?  Don’t you wonder why Congress holds the purse strings yet has never tried to defund Obamacare or Obama’s clearly illegal executive action on amnesty for illegal aliens?  Bizarre, right?  It defies logic, right?

Well, first, I’d guess many key Republicans are being bribed.  Secondly, I believe many key Republicans are being blackmailed.  Whether they are having affairs, or secretly gay, or stealing taxpayer money, the National Security Agency knows everything.

Ask former House Speaker Dennis Hastert about that.  The government even knew he was withdrawing large sums of his own money from his own bank account.  Trust me: The NSA, the SEC, the IRS and all the other three-letter government agencies are watching every Republican political leader.  They know everything.

Thirdly, many Republicans are petrified of being called racists so they are scared to ever criticize Obama or call out his crimes, let alone demand his impeachment.

Fourth, why rock the boat?  After defeat or retirement, if you’re a good boy, you’ve got a $5 million-per-year lobbying job waiting.  The big-money interests have the system gamed.  Win or lose, they win.

But Trump doesn’t play by any of these rules.  Trump breaks up this nice, cozy relationship between big government, big media and big business.  All the rules are out the window if Trump wins the presidency.  The other politicians will protect Obama and his aides — but not Trump. Remember: Trump is the guy who publicly questioned Obama’s birth certificate.  He questioned Obama’s college records and how a mediocre student got into an Ivy League University. Now, he’s doing something no Republican has the chutzpah to do.  He’s questioning our relationship with Mexico; questioning why the border is wide open; questioning why no wall has been built across the border; questioning if allowing millions of illegal aliens into America is in our best interests; questioning why so many illegal aliens commit violent crimes yet are not deported; and questioning why our trade deals with Mexico, Russia and China are so bad.

Trump has the audacity to ask out loud why American workers always get the short end of the stick.  Good question.

I’m certain Trump will question what happened to the almost billion dollars given in a rigged no-bid contract to college friends of Michelle Obama at foreign companies to build the defective Obamacare website.  By the way, that tab is now up to $5 billion.

Trump will ask if Obamacare’s architects can be charged with fraud for selling it by lying.  He will ask if Obama himself committed fraud when he said, ‘If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep it’.

Trump will investigate Obama’s widespread IRS conspiracy, not to mention Obama’s college records.

Trump will prosecute Clinton and Obama for fraud committed to cover up Benghazi before the election.

How about the fraud committed by employees of the Labor Department when they made up dramatic job numbers in the last jobs report before the 2012 election?

Obama, the multinational corporations and the media need to stop this.  They recognize this could get out of control.  If left unchecked telling the raw truth and asking questions everyone else is afraid to ask, Trump could wake a sleeping giant.

Trump’s election would be a nightmare.  Obama has committed many crimes.  No one else but Trump would dare to prosecute.  He will not hesitate.  Once Trump gets in and gets a look at the cooked books and Obama’s records, the game is over.  The gig is up.  The goose is cooked.

Holder could wind up in prison.  Jarrett could wind up in prison. Obama’s bungler Corzine could wind up in prison for losing $1.5 billion of customer money.

Clinton could wind up in jail for deleting 32,000 emails, or for accepting bribes from foreign governments while Secretary of State, or for misplacing $6 billion as the Head of the State Department, or for lying about Benghazi.

The entire upper level management of the IRS could wind up in prison.

Obamacare will be de-funded and dismantled.

The Obama crime family will be prosecuted for crimes against the American people.  And Obama himself could wind up ruined, his legacy in tatters.

Trump will investigate.  Trump will prosecute.  Trump will go after everyone involved — just for fun.  That will all happen on Trump’s first day in the White House.  Who knows what Trump will do on Day 2?

That’s why the dogs of hell have been unleashed on Donald Trump.

Who is Dr. Ben Carson?

Ben Carson

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Benjamin Solomon “Ben” Carson Senior was born on September 18, 1951, in Detroit, Michigan, to Sonya Copeland Carson and Seventh-day Adventist pastor Robert Carson. Ben Carson became nationally famous instantly on February 7, 2013 when he spoke at a televised National Prayer Breakfast in Washington DC while President Obama and first lady Michelle sat uncomfortably just 10 feet away from him. Carson challenged several of their major beliefs including political correctness calling it “dangerous” because, he said, it goes against freedom of expression. He also took a very different stand that Obama’s regarding education, health care and taxation. As the retired top neurosurgeon at the prestigious John Hopkins Medical Center, his words carried a great deal of weight as he spoke against abortion.

Regarding education, he spoke favorably about graduation rates in 1831, when Alexis de Tocqueville visited the United States, and when “anybody finishing the second grade was completely literate”. He espoused the idea of a tax-exempt health savings account created at birth, that can be bequeathed at death, along with an electronic medical record and birth certificate. He supports a flat tax, which he calls the “proportional tax” in reference to the biblical tithe. That speech created an “He is saying exactly what I believe” moment for millions of conservative Americans nationwide. Many of these conservatives rose up in response to his speech saying “We need a president like Ben Carson.”

onservative commentators from Rush Limbaugh to Sean Hannity and Neil Cavuto of Fox News praised the speech as an example of speaking “truth to power”. The Wall Street Journal titled one of its op-eds “Ben Carson for President”.[citation needed] Columnist Star Parker wrote that he “owes no apology for honest talk”.[46] Fox contributor Cal Thomas and commentator Bob Beckel, however, found his comments inappropriate.[47]

A DNA test on the television series African-American Lives proved that Ben’s ancestry is 80% African and 20% European. Both of his parents came from Georgia. They divorced when Ben was eight years old, and he and his ten-year-old brother were raised by their mother. He went on to attend Southwestern High School in Southwest Detroit. It was there that he excelled in ROTC and was offered a full scholarship to West Point.

Carson, however, graduated from Yale University where he majored in psychology. He received his M.D. from the University of Michigan Medical School. Then he completed his residency in neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. An excellent television biography of Ben Carson – “Gifted Hands” – Cuba Gooding Junior played Doctor Ben Carson. That film is available for watching by clicking Movies in the category list at the top of reachmorenow.com

Ben has received many awards throughout his distinguished career. One of the many was given in 2008 when President George W. Bush awarded Ben Carson the Presidential Medal of Freedom. However, Ben could have been just another black man in prison for life or executed for murder except that when in the ninth grade he stabbed a friend who had argued with him over which radio station to listen to. Ben attributes to Jesus Christ the fact that when he stabbed the friend, the blade broke and fell to the groundr. Ben had wrestled with his anger until then. That was when he began reading the bk of Proverbs and began applying verses on anger to himself. After that, Ben says “I never had another problem with my temper.”

Medical career

Ben Carson in 2013

Carson was a professor of neurosurgeryoncologyplastic surgery, and pediatrics, and he was the director of pediatric neurosurgery atJohns Hopkins Hospital.[15] At 33, he became the youngest major division director in the hospital’s history as director of pediatric neurosurgery. He was also a co-director of the Johns Hopkins Craniofacial Center.

Carson specialized in traumatic brain injuries, brain and spinal cord tumors, achondroplasia, neurological and congenital disorders, craniosynostosisepilepsy, and trigeminal neuralgia.[15]

Carson believes his hand–eye coordination and three-dimensional reasoning were gifts from God and the reason why he was a highly successful surgeon.[16] After medical school, he became a neurosurgery resident at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He began his career as a neurosurgeon, but also developed an interest inpediatrics.[16]

In 1987, Carson successfully separated conjoined twins, the Binder twins, who had been joined at the back of the head (craniopagus twins). The 70-member surgical team, led by Carson, worked for 22 hours. Both twins survived.[17][18][19]

Carson figured in the revival of the hemispherectomy, a drastic surgical procedure in which part or all of one hemisphere of the brain is removed to control severe pediatric epilepsy. He refined the procedure in the 1980s, encouraged by John M. Freeman,[20] and performed it many times.[21][22]

Carson has served on the boards of the Kellogg CompanyCostco, and the Academy of Achievement.[23] He is an emeritus fellow of the Yale Corporation.[23][24][25]

In March 2013, Carson announced he would retire as a surgeon, stating “I’d much rather quit when I’m at the top of my game”.[26] His retirement became official on July 1, 2013.[27]

Carson is a member of the American Academy of Achievement, and the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans. In 2000, he received the Award for Greatest Public Service Benefiting the Disadvantaged, an award given out annually by Jefferson Awards.[28] In 2008, the White House awarded Carson the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor.[29] In 2010, he was elected into the National Academy of Sciences Institute of Medicine.[30] Carson has been awarded 38 honorary doctorate degrees and dozens of national merit citations.[31] In 2014, an American poll conducted by Gallup ranked Carson sixth on a list of themost admired men in the world.[32]

Carson has written six bestselling[33] books published by Zondervan, an international Christian media and publishing company: Gifted HandsThink BigThe Big PictureTake the RiskAmerica the Beautiful, and One Nation. The first book is an autobiography, and two are about his personal philosophies of success (hard work, faith). One Nation in particular was a massive success, remaining at the top of the New York Times bestsellers list for 20 straight weeks, with 5 weeks as #1, outsellingHillary Clinton‘s Hard Choices.[34]

Carson’s book titled Gifted Hands: The Ben Carson Story was released by Zondervan in 1992.[35] A separate television movie with the same title premiered on TNT on February 7, 2009, with Cuba Gooding Jr. in the lead role and Kimberly Elise portraying his mother.[36]

On July 8, 2013, Carson joined The Washington Times as a weekly opinion columnist. He also writes for American CurrentSee, an online publication for conservative African-Americans.[37]

Carson had said he was not a member of any political party.[38] However, he joined the Republican Party on November 4, 2014, the day the 2014 midterms took place, as “truly a pragmatic move” because he may run for president in 2016.[39] In his book America the Beautiful, he explained his decision to enter politics: “I believe it is a very good idea for physicians, scientists, engineers, and others trained to make decisions based on facts and empirical data to get involved in the political arena”.[40][41]

In a 1996 interview, Carson said that he found the “concept of for profits for the insurance companies” absurd. He continued, “The first thing we need to do is get rid of for-profit insurance companies. We have a lack of policies and we need to make the government responsible for catastrophic health care”.[42] In 2014 Carson wrote, “. . . we need to remove health care from the political arena and recognize that any government proposals affecting the health of all citizens should be free market-based and should be so appealing that it would not be necessary to force citizens into the program.”[43]

In 1992, Carson wrote that aging and technological advancement will eventually lead to many people surviving their 100th birthdays. He questioned the merits of prolonging life, citing the fact that “up to half of the medical expenses incurred in the average American’s life are incurred during the last six months of life”. He discussed the “dignity of dying in comfort, at home, with an attendant if necessary” and stated, “Decisions on who should be treated and who should not be treated would clearly require some national guidelines”.[42][better source needed]

[48]

At White House in 2008 for award

In an interview with Neil Cavuto, Carson defended himself, “Somebody has to be courageous enough to stand up to the bullies”.[49] On February 8, he appeared on Hannity, and said that he would run for president “If the Lord grabbed me by the collar and made me do it”.[50]

After the speech, Carson said: “I don’t think it was particularly political…You know, I’m a physician”.[51] Regarding the policies of President Obama, he said: “There are a number of policies that I don’t believe lead to the growth of our nation and don’t lead to the elevation of our nation. I don’t want to sit here and say all of his policies are bad. What I would like to see more often in this nation is an open and intelligent conversation”.[citation needed]

In the National ReviewJonah Goldberg compared Carson to Booker T. Washington,[52] while David Graham compared him toHerman Cain without the “personal skeletons” in The Atlantic.[53]

Carson’s sudden popularity among conservatives led to him being invited as a featured speaker at the 2013 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). He tied for seventh place in the Washington Times/CPAC 2013 Straw Poll with 4% of the 3,000 ballots cast.[54][55] In the 2014 CPAC straw poll, he came in third place with 9% of the vote, behind senators Ted Cruz of Texas (with 11%) and Rand Paul of Kentucky (31%).[56]

Carson had a strong showing in the polls at the 2013 and 2014 Values Voter Summits: in 2013, he tied with former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum for second place with 13%, behind Ted Cruz’s 42%. In 2014, he took 20% of the Values Voter Summit vote to Cruz’s 25% and came in first place for the vice presidential poll.[57][58]

Marriage and homosexuality

In March 2013, Carson described his views about same-sex marriage on Hannity, saying: “Marriage is between a man and a woman. No group, be they gays, be theyNAMBLA, be they people who believe in bestiality, it doesn’t matter what they are. They don’t get to change the definition.”[59] Carson’s comments drew criticism for using “gays” in the same sentence as pedophiles and practitioners of bestiality. A group of Hopkins students petitioned that he be replaced as the university’scommencement speaker.[59][60]

Several days later, Carson withdrew as Hopkins’s commencement speaker and apologized, saying that “the examples were not the best choice of words”, adding that the Bible “says we have an obligation to love our fellow man as ourselves, and I love everybody the same—all homosexuals”.[60][61] He said on CNN that he loved all people, whether gay or straight.[59] Carson added, “I was trying to say that as far as marriage was concerned, it has traditionally been between a man and a woman and no one should be able to change that.”[62]

In October 2014, Carson was added to the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC)’s extremist watch list because of his association with groups considered by SPLC to be extremist in nature, his claims of a link between gay people and pedophiles, and his comparison of health care and liberal government to slavery andtotalitarianism.[63][64] In February 2015, the SPLC removed his name and apologized to Dr. Carson.[65][66][67][68][69][70] stating: “In October 2014, we posted an “Extremist File” of Dr. Ben Carson. This week, as we’ve come under intense criticism for doing so, we’ve reviewed our profile and have concluded that it did not meet our standards, so we have taken it down and apologize to Dr. Carson for having posted it. We’ve also come to the conclusion that the question of whether a better-researched profile of Dr. Carson should or should not be included in our “Extremist Files” is taking attention from the fact that Dr. Carson has, in fact, made a number of statements that express views that we believe most people would conclude are extreme.”[71]

In a March 2015 interview with Chris Cuomo, Carson stated that homosexuality was “absolutely” a choice, claiming that “a lot of people go into prison straight, and when they come out, they’re gay”.[72] In a Facebook post, Carson apologized, saying that he “[does] not pretend to know how every individual came to their sexual orientation.”[73][74] In a Facebook post, Carson said that he supports civil unions for gay couples and that he has “for many years”.[75]

Evolution

Carson’s views on evolution and creationism have also been controversial.[76] In a 2006 debate with Richard DawkinsFrancis Collins, and Daniel Dennett, Carson stated: “I don’t believe in evolution…I simply don’t have enough faith to believe that something as complex as our ability to rationalize, think, and plan, and have a moral sense of what’s right and wrong, just appeared.”[77] In 2012, nearly 500 professors, students, and alumni of Emory University wrote a letter expressing concern about his views in advance of his commencement speech (there was no request to rescind the invitation). They cited a quote in an interview with the Adventist Review: “By believing we are the product of random acts, we eliminate morality and the basis of ethical behavior”. Carson clarified that “People who believe in survival of the fittestmight have more difficulty deriving where their ethics come from. A lot of evolutionists are very ethical people.[76]

Affordable Care Act

On October 11, 2013, Carson spoke at the conservative Values Voters Summit in Washington, D.C., where he called the Affordable Care Act (ACA) “the worst thing that has happened in this nation since slavery“. He claimed that the ACA originated with Vladimir Lenin, and quoted Lenin as saying that “socialized medicine is the keystone to the establishment of a socialist state“.[78] There is no evidence that Lenin actually said this, but the purported quote appears on a number of conservative websites.[79][80] After an onslaught of criticism, Carson denied that he was “equating Obamacare with slavery” in an October 15 Washington Times column and denounced the “PC police” for attempting “to discredit and…silence” him.[81]

During the National Prayer Breakfast, Carson said about the ACA: Here’s my solution. When a person is born, give him a birth certificate, an electronic medical record and a health savings account [HSA].”[82]

Cannabis legalization

Carson is against the legalization of recreational cannabis. He believes it to be a gateway drug that leads to “hedonistic activity”.[83][84][85]

Gun control

See also: Gun politics in the United States

Carson stated in 2013 in an interview with Glen Beck that semi-automatic firearms should be better regulated in large cities and high-crime areas.[86] This statement has caused some with conservative views on gun control to question if his views were at odds with most conservatives. Later, clarifying that “This isn’t any evolution of my views, just that I’ve learned how to express myself,” he stated that he is strongly in favor of the Second Amendment[87] and that if in a position of national authority, he would allow citizens to own any weapons, including automatic and semi-automatic guns, that they could buy.[88]

2016 Presidential campaign

Main article: Ben Carson presidential campaign, 2016

In January 2015, The Weekly Standard reported that the Draft Carson Committee had raised $13 million by the end of 2014, shortly after Carson performed well in aCNN/ORC poll of potential candidates in December 2014, coming in second in two different versions. He came in second with 10% behind Mitt Romney’s 20%, but in the same poll with Romney removed from the list, Carson closed the gap with 11% to Jeb Bush’s 14%.[89][34]The Wall Street Journal mentioned that the Draft Carson Committee had chairmen in all of Iowa‘s 99 counties, and that Carson had recently come in first place in two separate Public Policy polls for the state ofPennsylvania.[90][91]

On May 3, 2015, Carson confirmed his candidacy for President in an interview with a local television station in Cincinnati, Ohio. He officially announced he was running for the Republican nomination in the 2016 Presidential election at a rally in Detroit, his hometown, on May 4, 2015.[92]

Carson Scholars Fund

In 1994, Carson and his wife started the Carson Scholars Fund, which gave scholarships to students in grades 4–11 for “academic excellence and humanitarian qualities”.[93] They founded it after reading that U.S. students ranked second to last in terms of math and science testing among 22 countries. They also noticed that schools awarded athletes with trophies whereas honor students only received “a pin or certificate”.

Recipients of the Carson Scholars Fund get a $1,000 scholarship towards their college education. It has awarded 6,700 scholarships.[94][93] In recognition for his work with the Carson Scholars Fund and other charitable giving throughout his lifetime, Carson was awarded the William E. Simon Prize for Philanthropic Leadership in 2005.[95]

Taking A Reality Check of Our Nation 2014 –Ray

http://reachmorenow.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/President_Prime_Minister_Admiral_General_Aladeen.jpg

I have often wondered what would happen if a madman or madwoman became president of the United States. Or what we would do in America if a devoted Socialist or Communist became president? What if America’s president wanted to throw away the United States Constitution and fully replace it with new laws of their own? What if our president no longer wanted America to be a shining beacon on a hill, but wanted to hand us over lock, stock, and barrel to the United Nations? What if one of our presidents took all our freedoms away? Would we simply allow him or her to continue in office to serve out their term and do whatever they wanted for at least four years or perhaps eight? And if not, how would our nation stop them from destroying our basic foundations while they are in office?

Taking A Reality Check of Our Nation 2014 –Ray

President Barack Hussein Obama proved at the very beginning of his candidacy in 2008 that we no longer care as a nation whether those running for the oval office have proof of their citizenship or mean what they say about transparency and so many other things. In fact, the place of President Obama’s birth and his birth certificate were quickly turned into a joke.

In spite of the fact that he had sat for twenty years under the tutelage of the man he called his “mentor” – Reverend Jeremiah Wright – who “damned” America not only of its past racial treatment but it’s present, we paid little attention to that. When Michelle Obama, who had also sat under Reverend Wright for all those years, said the only time she had ever felt proud of America was when her husband was nominated for president, we totally ignored that. Nor do we seem to mind that the president’s personal life is unknown to us other than from a few magazine articles and an occasional presidential news conference. Deals and threats he makes behind closed doors result in Obamacare or in amnesty for illegals.

Most Americans never even think of holding a president’s feet to the fire until he keeps his (or maybe her) promises. We have stopped writing letters or phoning the presidential hotline or congressional hotline because we think we don’t matter in a nation as big as our own. Most Americans don’t even vote. I am simply one voice telling you from the studied experience of my own that writing, phoning, and voting DO make a difference when your voice joins many others who do the same. And to always vote a straight party ticket could get the devil elected.

We know scarcely anything about who our president and his wife really are. And we know nothing at all about the private deals our president makes with his administration or with foreign leaders. We read about these things instead from a news media that has fawned on him primarily because of his race and power, and are totally willing to avoid saying anything negative or questionable about our Commander-in-Chief or his wife that isn’t warm and fuzzy. And yet what they are doing or saying privately totally affects you, me, and the people of our nation. “The most transparent presidency in history” has turned out the lights and said “go away” ever since he was elected president. Wheeling and dealing has to be commonplace in an administration so full of scandal.

I am not suggesting with anything I’ve written or am saying that President Obama and his wife are anything but good people who absolutely care that America continues as the most important nation in the world for freedom’s sake. And that they are not totally honest in everything they do or say that affects our nation. But what I am meaning is that America’s voters have grown extremely lax in their moral responsibility to safeguard the constitutional requirements of the highest office in our land and to demand real answers from the candidates.

Probably because statewide candidates remain in their own state throughout their campaigns, voters are much more apt to know the backgrounds and the foregrounds of the candidates. And those who don’t care who wins seem to stay away from the voting booth during midterms. Tragically, that represented two thirds of registered voters in America this time.

For whatever it is worth, I am of the opinion that America has begun to vote not for the needed qualifications in a president, but for the best orator running for the office, or because it wants to make restitution for its former racial intolerance, or even because of gender. I also believe that if this tendency continues in the majority of voters we will suddenly find ourselves with someone who fits one of the categories in my opening statement.

I am told that the younger generation – the millennial’s -don’t care what happens to America. Hollywood seems to have convinced them that picking up chicks or guys in a bar and going to bed with them is what America now is all about. Few of them will listen to this newscast because they’re not at all interested in the news or in transparency. They don’t care that our government knows exactly what they’re saying and exactly where they are because they are still going to do and say whatever they want to anyway.

Supposedly, the millennial’s also believe this world is going to end much sooner than they would end otherwise and that they need to grab all the gusto they can and live for now. If they protest at all, they protest only for the fun of it or because they like to show their anger once in awhile. If that report is true about the millennial’s, it is highly probable that they will lose all their freedoms before the eve of destruction.

I urge anyone still listening or reading this news report to join me in expressing your desires to the president and the politicians who say they are representing you. I am not anti-Obama, but I believe it is high time to hold his feet to the fire until he stops telling us only what he wants us to hear whether it is true or not. I wasn’t able to keep my doctor. I believe the path to citizenship should only come to those who have legally applied for it. And I believe it is getting harder and harder for God to bless America.

One thing about great speakers, they are almost always great actors too. Actors, because of their adoring fans, usually have tremendous egos and don’t care a whit about those fans other than they keep on adoring them. And actors always believe their press clippings. When a president is doing that with a news media that lavishes him with praise and doesn’t tell the truth any more than he or she does, the nation they are supposed to lead is in the kind of great danger that America is right now.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

Most kids can’t understand why a nation that makes nuclear bombs would ban firecrackers.
